I don't think anything. He is 100% a bad OC. I am sure he is great at game planning or whatever Payton used him for but he has no idea how to call plays.

There were a number of plays in which the team vacated the middle of the field and had 2 receivers running to similar areas allowing the defense to have 3 defenders defending a single spot. I don't care who your QB is, the offense is going to struggle when this appears to be the pattern on 3rd downs, regardless of distance.

This is the second year of Pete’s offense, nothing has changed, same plays, same double reverse in the red zone. It’s not a knee jerk reaction, it’s stale and time to move on and salvage this season.

I'd call curl routes until someone stops them. Those routes are not defendable. How come we aren't using them?
