Look, he knows this offense has no chance to consistently have scoring opportunities.
The kick had the distance it was just pushed right. If they had a competent offense they could afford to punt but that was a prime opportunity just to score some points

If you want to kick a FG, just go for it. Maybe we get a 1st down, and hopefully we don’t lose 7 yds like you do for a FG try

If the FG is longer than 51-52 yards, we should punt it. This is gonna be a low scoring game and field position will be crucial.
