He won't make it to 8. If the Titans don't take him at 4 than I think Commanders will at 7.

This is what I've seen rumored more and more. I guess that's why they pulled the trigger to get Etienne. So basically, I think we will be going for defense at eight unless Tate really impresses them.

We signed Etienne because Love won’t be there.
But if he falls, take him. We didn’t need to draft Deuce but thankfully we did.

IMO, he's still on the board, but the likelihood of drafting him is very slim. Would need a lot of pieces to fall a specific way for them to draft Love, but his name is still literally on there. Just like Mendoza's name is most likely somewhere on the board.

The obsession with Love is strange. I get his value but it seems like the same people who want Love also want Tate. Most of those people would take Love > Tate which honestly makes no sense looking at our needs. Love makes 0 sense for us.
Every single non RB player in the 1st rd of the draft makes more sense than a backup RB. Oh he's not a backup? So we paid a dude big money to be the backup? Yeah it makes no sense and isn't happening.
If we still want him after signing Etienne then the Chiefs still want him after signing Walker. We still make that trade..
Maybe fans should take their obsession with Love and apply it to the hometown Top 15 RB that we acquired a week ago. It will help you all mentally prepare for when we pick anything and everything except RB in a month.
