How about the Saints taking advantage of the penalties that went their way towards the end of the game. 1st and goal and have to kick a field goal.

Almost every game in the NFL people are blaming the refs.
When everyone sees the scam, there is an underlining truth to what they are complaining about.
Like politics, it is not who votes that counts, it is the ones counting the votes.
In the NFL, it is not the players that count, it is the ones allowing what plays are legal.

Why do you have to play for the tie? And if you do, why not get the hardest part (td) first considering it was less yardage than a 2-point conversion?

What about 6 and 6. We had a higher probability making that extra yard or two in that spot over making a clutch 2pt conversion later. I didn’t like the call. It was the right call under normal circumstances but our 2 pt conversion game sucks and the kicker had already missed two pats. Should have hammered the rock with taysom or Ingram.

Welcome to the state of The New NFL. Their rules are shite, and their officiating crews are even shittier. When you put shite rules together with shite officials then you are setting up these disastrous moments.
Guess what: It is not getting fixed nor is it going away. If you want to watch NFL games then you have to learn to live with it. frick the NFL. It is trash now. I watch Saints games and that is it. They have ruined my interest in this league with the way they have watered it down over the years, and shite like this is why I don't even pay attention anymore.

The 7 points added to the opponents score far exceeded extra points.
Saints win anyway despite their mistakes 21 to 16.
You can't have refs spotting an opponent those many points.
