It was poorly thrown. A good throw may have been called brilliant.
BAD CALL when you have the best QB in the league on a roll and ready to deliver the knockout punch. No reason to call that play.

But, by running that play teams have to respect every other play called. Because you never know when that type of play is coming. I do not think it was a bad time to call the play even with the result
