Wish he had spent the last year out of football doing steroids. Build that arm back up. You'll never convince me brady doesn't juice

If Drew came back in the next 2 years, I predict we would have a better season than we would without him.

This. But ppl in their feelings over politics instead of being greatful we had a top 10 QB of all time. Shite maybe top 5. I know he doesn’t have arm he used too but we still were 2nd seed in playoffs his last year and could have beat Bucs in playoffs if not for jared cook fumble...

Some ppl on here took Drew for granted... they must not remember the saints pre Drew... he’s literally the reason we went from a bad franchise to a good one. GTFO with your “noodle arm” Drew hate. He’s the saints GOAT!

Mate, I don't think this has ever been properly explained, but I'm in the mood to try:

You couldn't have picked an absolute WORSE time for a high profile conservative Christian athlete like Drew Brees to crawfish the way he did. He was in every conservative sports fan's top 3 most admired pro athletes. To have him pull that crap, in that way, to THOSE people, at THAT time in our nation was just really beyond disappointing to so many of us.

I will never feel the same way about him in terms of the caliber person he is. I still think he's a good dude, a fantastic father, and a great QB. But I thought I knew how Drew Brees would react in a situation like that... and let's just say I was very surprised and very disappointed. And I know most everybody who views the world like I do feels exactly the same way.

Let Drew enjoy life after football with his wife & kids. He gave all that he could & everyone should appreciate that. No one should want to see him embarrass himself on the football field. His arm is shot & the injuries were beginning to pile up.

If you were scared for the safety of your family than you might crawfish too. In fact I think a lot of ppl would. I’m conservative but I’m not going to act like I wouldn’t crawfish if my family’s safety may be on the line.

That being said I didn’t completely agree with how he handled the situation either but I still like Drew. Also all politics aside if you look at statistics, records, just how he commanded the offense... he’s one of the GOATs and absolutely the Saints GOAT. Calling him “noodle” arm will never take that away either...

PS: don’t you have some weird as frick thread you need to post SirWinston?

They all do. When someone gets caught it's the NFL punishing that player or team for something because every player has to juice in order to last a year. Maybe the kicker doesn't but everyone else is. That's facts.
