Is the mark on his face a scar or a birthmark?

it's the 3rd best QB in the NFC South.

It's being offered to Washington for a 2nd round draft pick.

it wasn't the birthmark, he had an actually scar like he had surgery on his face, it was not the birthmark though

honestly, i think he may have recently had the birthmark removed

The Archangel Gabriel, (patron saint of bad-arse quarterbacks), kissed him on the cheek at birth.

AG said: "may blitzes be ineffectual, your passes be accurate, and your pocket awareness be 2nd to none."

It is like Samson with his hair, as long as it is there Brees can move mountains with his right arm.

birthmark, but I find it weird how when he is playing a game, it tend's to show up more then when he is not playing a game. Maybe it is a mark of a football god?
