It definitely looks like a scar. There was discussion on another board that those birthmarks often lead to skin cancer, so he may be removing it as a preventitive measure.

Its been removed for a lil while. Its a scar that used to be a birthmark.
But the most acceptable answer was it was giving by God when he annointed Breesus the chosen one.
