How do they not know? Do they have plans to this project or just building it as they go?
They are redoing the 600 level halls. My guess is they plan to open up in the corners to standing room bars, like the one the pelican have. They will flatten out the area over what used to be 500 and open up the section in the lower 600 to the tunnel. Looking at it, I’m guessing seating over the tunnels openings can stay, everything below will be a standing room open bar platform.
I sit in upper 620 and did not hear anything. Kind of wondering how an extended platform below will block my view of the end zone. I already can’t see the extreme corner.

You would think the saints ticketing office would have sent out some DETAILED information regarding the seating changes by now ! What would be the point in keeping your season ticket holders in suspense over all this ? There should be a clear plan by now, that can be shared by ALL !

I would not be surprised if this is to install ADA seating in those areas. The dome has had several lawsuits that the current setup is awful.
I have yet to see any info or concrete design changes on seating. All they emphasize is field level suites, standing room decks at the top of the dome, better kitchen, and additional club lounges. Nothing specific on seating/section changes.

i called today. They are getting rid of several entire sections upstairs. I sit upper 600s corner and they confirmed that my entire section is gone. I do not know how many, but sounds like 2 or 3 sections per corner.
They are tearing out the bleachers and building several standing room only platforms that will function as VIP suites for special events like superbowl and BCS games.

the report i got from someone with Broadmoor is the already took out more than they can replace by August. I guess we will see.

Just spoke to the ticket office, at Row 21 the guy thought I would be safe and it was rows much lower down around the landing. He had not seen the entire list as they were all assigned to specific people to call and all calls are to be done by Friday of this week.
Man this would not be cool, I feel for everyone who has gotten the call.
Been a lifelong fan and got tickets Freshman year of college right when they went on sale after Katrina. So many memories in those seats. Hopefully I'm safe....
So are the standing room only tickets like gameday sales?

You are likely gone. Saints told me all 4 corners are gone.
Saints didn't send me anything, I had to email my rep and ask.
Looks like sections gone are: 504, 505, 526, 527, 534, 535, 556, 557, 607, 608, 620, 621, 633, 634, 646, 647

Bottom picture background you can see seats removed in the corners. Looks like seats in 300 section are gone too. Upstairs it looks like corner seats are gone to top of tunnel entrance.

Yup, there goes my seats in that endzone. We sit in row 12, Sec 155.
Think my rep told me rows 1-8 were gone due to new field level suites. Rows 8-12 would now be club seating and will almost double my price.

Sad. All this high price seating is for national events not for locals. They struggle to sell club seats and suites every game to locals at regular season games, why build more?
It all to make Superbowl and NCAA Bowls Games happy.
Saints fall under .500 post Brees era its going to look like Covid came back in there.

That picture goes along with what I was told, based on his knowledge that it would be at the landing and lower removed. If thats the case at row 21 and 22 we are safe.

i think they dont know what to do because they know there are more seats lost than they can probably fill. that is why the ticket manager told me that we would keep our seniority and our credit until we found a ticket or told them we were not interested.
