Yes, but honestly what kind of negotiating powers do we have. Moore could bend us over if he wants to say philly offered him a certain amount and he wants to remain there. The Saints would then have to give him way above market. Terrible job by front office.

He has to deal with Loomis and the front office . Loomis is not the GM that he has in Philly , trust me . He has an aging player roster . He has Carr as QB , with a big contract . Pete Carmichael was let go becuz Carr was too dumb to understand his offense . There … I said it . If he wants to step into this for a couple bucks , let him do it .
