Hipsters watch girls finger themselves with expired spaghettios and call it art.

you have to factor in that you didn't spend too much for Ingram in terms of $$$.
but spent way to much in terms of draft picks. Its gonna really hurt not picking until like 60 or whatever since a pick was wasted ona knee jerk reaction to a fluke.

Yes he is
Your obnoxious chad
Let's not overrate Jenkins. People have been building him to be a game changer on this board. He hasn't lived up, yet. He's a solid player At FS and I still think he'll be a good safety. Still hasn't lived up to the potential.
Jenkins had ZERO int last year.

we spent 2 picks for him, a first and second round. not a lot considering the grade he had in the draft, that he was the player the front office targeted and that he wouldn't be there when our next pick were to come around.

we do. we get Ingram at 27

nothing this FO does is a "knee jerk reaction". there was serious concern about Ivory's injury, one that kept him out of the first 6 weeks of the season. We didn't have Sproles at the time, and Thomas has been relatively injury prone during his career. The Saints saw a franchise back, and they gave up one extra draft pick to get him.
Hindsight is an advantage that no one has. Moves can only be made based on facts at a specific time, and there was way too much uncertainty at the position during draft time last year.
Fair criticism would be to say that we shouldn't have made a move for a position with such little value in Payton's offense. To me that's a valid point, because we don't run the ball consistently enough to value the RB position so high. A first and second round pick for a 10-12 carry/game player is a bit much. The player himself isn't the issue; he's good

that deserves a rerun, well said sir
I was on for Leshoure in the 2nd at the time. I liked Kendall Hunter (49ers) 4th Rd #115 for a Reggie replacement before Sproles. Lester Earl was big on Roy Helu who ended up decent in DC 4th Rd #105.
Time will tell. Ingram does have bellcow potential IMO.
