Do we know what kind of relationship Carr and Carmichael have?

The reason I ask is because over the years we saw a done of video where we saw Drew and Payton on the sideline.
Drew would come over and Payton would ask him what he liked on 3rd and 4 or vice versa.
During the game last night, they made a point of saying that Raiders Coach Antonio Pierce called Jacobs into his office and asked him what his favorite runs on the sheet were and all of them made it into the game plan.
Just wonder how much input Carr and Kamara have during the week.

They’re in an open relationship

during the broadcast of the Bucs game the commentators made a similar comment about how the Bucs OC did the same things with the WR's.
which routes they like they the most or just feedback/input in general.
I thought O'Connell called a great game considering how shorthanded they were for the Vikings yesterday.
We need a young mind with fresh ideas.
I don't even hate Carmichael really. It's just that we don't really have a "head coach".
DA still calls the defense and is more of a sub-contractor than a head coach almost.

Hopefully one in which they’re both no longer associated with the Saints

As in Carmichael is allowed to see other QBs, and Carr can see other OCs? Or will it be a one way street and we get a new QB but still have PC?

O'Connell runs circles around Pete.
The Saints need to get serious again on the offensive staff.
Allen shouldn't get another year off of the fact he begged Pete to take the job. Pete is in over his head.
Players have to make suggestions to him to get Pete to call certain plays

Could the same thing have been said about Payton? The defense was consistently an underperformed until another evaluator, Ireland, was added. Allen was basically on staff when the defense got consistently good or showed flashes.

They are just friends.

Payton definitely asserted himself more than DA does and carries himself different.
speaks differently and more confidently.
Payton definitely stuck his beak into what the defense was doing. Know that from NFL Films alone.

They are obviously very close friends and would appreciate it if folks would allow that declaration to stand on its own as we respect their privacy during this time when they are exploring the boundaries of their own gender fluidity with regard to each other.
