What was that about? He seemed mad that Marcus Williams caught the interception?!

Probably so. It was a very dangerous play to try to intercept it.

You see he tipped it up before actually catching it. Could be disastrous. Thankfully it wasn't

I agree, but this reaction seemed more visibly upset as if he was mad that Marcus got a pick. IDK maybe I’m lookin into it too much. Just was a lil weird.

I’m thinking he was mad he went for the INT instead of knocking it straight down.

There were 5 saints within 5 yards. If he had popped it up and somehow a cowboy came down with it he would have still need to go 10 more yards against 5 guys.

I don't know if PJ was going to knock it down or catch it himself but Marcus jumped right in front of him as the ball arrived. That's probably why he was frustrated.

He broke rule #1 as the deep man and tried to intercept it instead of batting it down. He bobbled it Into the air and thankfully brought it down, but could have been catastrophic.

Guarantee Payton is going to lay into his arse for that attempt to pad his stats.

Because Marcus tried to catch it and let it hang up in the air instead of knocking it straight down. Pj is right to be annoyed

He was mad he didn’t get the pick he clearly went up to catch it himself only for marcus W to come out of nowhere and snag it.

That int goes a long way $$$$.. and it’s a contract year

I dont get the down votes, I said the same. You can see PJ grasp his hands like he thought he was catching it. Marcus jumped right in front of him. Not that its wrong, everybody should be aggressive but that's clearly why he threw his arms down.

I just watched the play again. There's no question in my mind, PJ had his hands up thinking he was about to grab an easy int. He was mad Marcus stole it from him. All those talking about him being mad Marcus didn't knock it down
