DA is a placeholder at this point. This team has at least a few years of losing football before a rebuild can make a difference.
Question, though: Does this Saints organization have the skills and knowledge required to execute a successful Re-build?

They can rebuild. They just have to commit to it.
They basically did it a couple years ago to build up the defense and O line for a Drew Brees last run. We did well, but that passed.
