For the wildcard? Maybe. But, they have to pass a LOT of teams. That's a lot harder than it seems.
Atlanta doesn't have the kind of team to go 9-2 over the last 11 IMO. That OL is too bad and the defense gives up too many points.
8-3 over the last 11 gets them to 9-7. That doesn't get it done this year IMO.

Julio has been banged up, but his performance hasn't really suffered. If you are counting on a better Julio to carry this team, I think you are incorrect.
Atlanta's best chance is to get a healthy Roddy White and Stephen Jackson back and just outscore people.

Hate to say - but you're wrong (slightly). I don't see this team even winning 6 games, honestly, I pray they don't.
The harsh truth is that Smitty will probably be around next season. I guess he's deserved as much turning a shitty franchise into slightly a less shitty one. Still sucks, as I've wanted him out since week 2 but oh well. There's some sort of curse on Atlanta sports in general. Thank God for Alabama.
That being said, I'm here to eat my crow. This is a shitty team in Atlanta this year. I won't make excuses, they're just not the same team from last year.

Best case for the Saints is we actually start to win. I know, sounds weird...
Best case for me/Falcons fans, is we tank the shite outta this season. I'm hoping we lose every game and therefore TB will have more wins than us and somehow the Giants, JAX and 'Skins start winning more.
