Add Alfred Fincher to the long list of mid round selections at LB that flopped.

Danny Wuerffel
Kareem Kelly
Talman Gardner
Adrian Mcpherson

My dad got to ask Loomis a question once and he asked why we passed on Bradie James for Cie Grant and he said "just wait and see on the field". Still waiting.

fahkir brown,

First off, Fahkir Brown was not drafted by the Saints or anyone. Secondly, he was pretty good for the Saints and signed a big free agent deal with the Rams after four years here.

c'mon we the World Champion Saints, I'm not ready to indulge in the painful and pathetic history yet.

Last spring I covered the entire history of failed draft picks and trades. It is so terrible it would be hard to replicate even if you tried- Draft picks to Dallas for scouting "advice", hiring a astronaut that had no sports background to run the team, picking a kicker 11th overall who was a bust (and ended up serving 6yrs in Fed prison), a head coach who didn't know who O.J. Simpson was... the list is just too long. For a name I'll toss in one I can't say without using the word fricking... Tebucky Jones. Get rid of "old" Sammy Knight (who went on for several more good years) and trade for a bust. But he was a incredible athlete though. Haslett fell for those types like Al Davis- whether they were ballers or not.
