He was getting doubled and even tripled on some plays. Working against the Panthers version of our Penning, Ikem Ekwonu. Wish he would’ve gotten home but he was very disruptive. In the 2H, Young was definitely rattled and was intentionally getting it out even faster

We better have a plan for Dexter Lawrence and Parsons next week

Chart shows 7 pressures. Locked on Saints said 6.

No big deal but is there like an official stat from the NFL to look up # of pressures?

Passed on Rousseau for Turner, Keon White for Fosky and let Trex walk for nothing. This front office smh….

Wasn’t hindsight. I’ve bumped several threads saying Branch should have been picked over Fosky. And tRex should have been franchised tag. You don’t let a guy with double digit sacks leave for nothing.

And majority on here stated at the time by posters Turner was a major reach. He was a projected 4th round pick before that draft. Rousseau was a projected 1st rounder that had the second most sacks in a season for the Canes as a freshman. Our front office has been sucking the past few years at player evaluations. The draft this year was good even though Koolaid was more a luxury pick.

Breese, Fuaga seem to be good 1st round picks. Penning maybe we know for sure after this year at RT. but as a 1st not good so far.

Foskey seems a poor 2nd and Miller has yet to be healthy. Kool-aid looks like a real good 2nd.

Rattler, Ford, Bub, Ezirim and Boyd all made the team from this years draft. Rattler a steal. Ford I think makes it as a LB'er.

Last year has A.T. as a WR. Haener as #2 QB. Howden starting at Safety. And Saldiveri was our starting LG before injury.

I just don't see the "suck" everyone talks about.

What nfl team has all of their picks on the team but for 3 pics over the last 4 drafts?

22-3 over 4 years.

He definitely freed up Alontae to get at least one sack, maybe more

Yeah, I seem to recall one play where the RB initially slid toward the tackle blocking Young (I think) then shifted back to Alontae but too late and Taylor blew right by him sort of bouncing off his block attempt right into the QB

I was not specifically paying attention to who the back moved toward but I think it was indeed Young.
