Saints acquire: 2023 second-round pick, 2023 third-round pick

You could ask, but you wouldn’t get it. That 5th year option is too valuable. They’re not giving up a 1st for a 34-year-old DE.
And since Philly gets our 1st, I’d prefer to actually play out the season and not tank for them.

I can't see a 2nd and a 3rd rounder for a guy who has been in the league 11 years.....as good as he is.
