#azcardinals will listen if a team calls w/interest in trading for WR Michael Floyd. No one has.

signed thru 2016.

quote:

6/11/2012: Signed a four-year, $9.972 million contract. The deal is fully guaranteed, including a $5.692 million signing bonus. 2015: $1,749,750, 2016: $7.3 million, 2017: Free Agent

Legit should we, imo.

That's very interesting.

And Strong is the top WR on the board and reminds me of Michael Floyd.

But kinda odd they wanna dish him... If they do, that leaves them with old man Fitz and John Brown.

money reasons?

The Cardinals could have trouble paying Floyd and Larry Fitzgerald a combined $23.1 million in 2016.

Yeah, but you dump Fitz...not your future. I have trouble believing this, but yes, I'd take him.

If it's $$$, they should be trying to move Fitz or do soenthing with that contract. Floyd is still on his rookie deal and is their future at WR.

Only way you trade for him is if you have a new deal in advance.

I think most teams would rather just have a rookie deal.

Only if the Cardinals buyout his current deal, no team is going to take him. His contract is fully guaranteed, 4 year $9.9 million plus he got $5mil signing bouns.

$8 million of that 9.9 is still owed to him, including $7.3 million next year.

you could cut him after this year if he doesnt perform. And if he proves to be worthwhile, you can keep him

obviously. But they can't do anything with him. He also has a no trade clause, too.

He'd come to Nola.

Give a conditional pick. Conditional up his being resigned. Give a 5, if he is resigned, we can give a 4.

You'd give a 3rd for a potential one year rental?

He'd be a perfect replacement for Colston in my opinion. Would trade for him hoping we'd get more than the life of his rookie contract out of him.
