He probably had an issue when O tried to get Nielsen but before that there’s no reason he’d hate LSU players.

That’s not a concrete example and it’s too speculative. We could’ve jumped up for Justin Jefferson, sure. Same draft we could’ve taken Queen though.

I’m with you 100%. Sean Payton overlooked LSU players to the detriment of the Saints. He stuck it in us for sure over his pride.

When everyone else in your division has 2-3 LSU stars on it and you have zero it makes you wonder.
Most players in league (or close to it) for how many years yet the team 60 miles from campus year in year out passes on them in both the draft and free agency.

I think late era CSP had an issue with making sure everyone knew he was the smartest person in the room. Drafting projects he could “develop”, reaching for bad players. Signing Taysom to starting QB money is probably the most CSP thing he ever did.
