Broncos were never going to get much for DT based on age, contract and decline in play. 4th rounder best they could do. Still shopping LB Brandon Marshall and edge Shane Ray and could move a corner as well

I really don't want them to shop Bridgewater because I believe he could flourish under Sean Payton's system.

I know. My concern is his cost this offseason, someone throws him a 1yr 15-20m deal and I'd imagine he wouldn't turn that down for 2/10mil or something like that.

If you can get back a talented player to help the team win this year or next, I'd be hard to pass.

Teddy B knows he’s in a good situation with Payton, playing in a dome, only has to wait one more year and he’ll start and have weapons like Ingram, Kamara, Thomas, Tre’Quan Smith...

That baw ain’t leaving

Bridgwater is not resigning with the Saints. He will have the chance to go elsewhere and makes some money and get a chance to play.

Maybe if you knew 100% that next year was Drew's last you might could convince him to sign a 4-5 year deal with the first year being a little cap friendly.

But nobody is going to put that on Brees. He will say when he will walk away which judging from this year looks like at least 2021.

If Jacksonville comes calling and throws a multi year deal like 3/50mil with 20mil guaranteed, do you honestly think he stays?

Even with a good situation as here, nobody would pass on that.

He does. Saints don't trade for Bridgewater if they don't know that

If Brees wins a Super Bowl along with MVP this year, he'll drop the mic and retire going out on top.

He was one of the untouchables.

It’s a shame Denver couldn’t move Shane Ray.
