He hasn't, and he probably never will be now, because he showed up at his victims house, harassed her, stole her keys, made her call the police on him, attacked the police, resisted arrest, was tased twice, pulled a knife, fought the police again, and then reached into his vehicle when told not to, with a knife being found in his car in his reach.
