You have been spoiled rotten if you think he had an "off" game.

It wasn't his sharpest game, I suppose. But he still makes the plays that count. He'll probably have a couple of great games this season that still make our collective jaws drop in awe. I guess I can't understand some of the worry wart shite I see on message boards at times.

WOW am I smelling doubt in the Who Dat coco city nation. Drew missed 3 td passes today, its not my opinion just look at a replay of the game it is a fact.

We need a Best of the Worst Game Day Posters. Many aren't even knowledgeable enough to even be considered a troll.

His ball placement was off, even on some completions.
Threw a completed ball, but Graham has to catch it at his feet.
Under-threw Sproles along the sideline that could have easily been a TD, but it was completed for a fist down.
Under-threw Stills deep on the first drive that could have been another TD.
Led Graham too much when the Beirmann was covering him.
Under-threw Stills deep later in the 2nd quarter that could have been a TD.
Missed an opportunity to throw downfield to an open Graham covered by the DE, but completed it to Sproles short.
Another under-thrown incompletion deep for Stills in the 3rd qtr.
Threw an INT trying to hit Colston.
Threw a couple of high balls to Colston that Marcus caught that didn't need to be thrown high.
Brees was just a little "off" even if it doesn't show up in the stats.
However, imagine an "ON" Brees with the defense that showed up today! Might've scored 40+ points.

May would only encourage it though.

I love some of these posters. Yall are brilliant. Not that I believe any of your bullshite, but you're making an observation on an aging QB. Congrad-a-frick-a-lations.
I'm going to make a prediction that a 34 year old QB will begin to have consistency issues. Man, you're a fricking football scholar!

He was good today but he left more on the table than he normally does. They often had all 11 defenders inside 5 yards from the line and we didnt punish them deep as much as youd expect because passes were off (often behind). That's not declaring it a train wreck or anything - not saying I doubt him going forward either but he wasnt at his best. That said to beat a division rival that's a hot Super Bowl pick week 1 with a less than 100% performance is a great start because we will be seeing those great games.

he missed his spot on some passes. like Freak and NoSaint said, but it was the first game against a division opponent.

Proves further we don't know how lucky we are to have a QB whose "off" day is 74% completion, 357 yards, 2 TDs/1, 113 QBR. Stats-wise, he's on pace for 5700 yards!
Can't wait to get all cylinders working at once. We're gonna smoke smoke fools.

Didn't he complete 74% of his passes?
