I don't think we're going to see the gold pants a lot this season. Last season, the team seemed to play better with black pants and I suspect that Payton noticed the same since we wore black pants most of the season. Just an observation.

After the 2009 SB, the was a videoed behind-the-scenes team dinner that revealed OL and DL are pretty self-conscious over their job-required overweight-ness and think they look slimmer in all-black for GFs/wives who watch as their man's guts hang over in a 3-point stance.

I feel like this is a bad omen. I couldn’t tell you the stats, but it just seems like we never play good when the team wears black on black.
