Olave showing that he was worth the 1st round pick

Alontae Taylor showing that he can play the CB position

Shaheed coming out of nowhere to be a WR/ST threat

Juwan Johnson stepping up his game to become a decent TE

Kaden Elliss playing like a stud

Pete Werner playing like a man possessed

Lastly, does anyone see Tyrann or Juice staying around for next year?

Tyrann for sure.
Id say no to Landry but he hasnt done anything to increase his value. May sign another 1 year deal. But honestly, who cares if not.

Tyrann 100% because of his contract, and he’s played a lot better the second half of the season.

Before the season, I’d say definitely no to Landry. I thought he was looking for one more pay day and took a cheap 1 year deal here to prove himself. He might be finished though. In that case, maybe he decides to just play out the string at home. And I think we’d keep him at a very low price, if anything for a veteran voice in the WR room.

Only other one I can think of is Ruiz appeared to have taken a step forward, before his injury.

you mean like if they pull a gun and force the team to keep them? because neither is worth keeping even if they pay us to be here

I don’t want Landry back he was literally useless to us, I would definitely give badger another year I think there was more to the story with him this season, been watching him play for a long time and he didn’t have the usual fire he normally brings.

because he is old slow and not worth a damn any more.

he has played like shite the last 3 years and thats why he was cut loose and shown the door.

why people always think a players history has any bearing on what he can still give you today is just laughable.

teams cut players who arent worth a shite anymore, thats why they were cut.

it was known when they brought him here that he was old and slow and couldnt cover for shite any more

yep, they didnt offer him a contract at all, not even for less money, they didnt think he was worth keeping and they were 1000% right

cut/not offered is essentially the same thing in my book

RE: Olave, Taylor and Shaheed - seems like we had a good/just below great draft. If Penning becomes a decent starter, it would be great.

I’m convinced the only people who want mathieu back are the LSU die-hards. He’s old, slow, and making a bunch of business decisions out there. He’s done.
