Major vibe shifter going into the bye week. The 2022 Saints and 1st half 2023 Saints would likely lose this game in tragic fashion (think Jaguars, Texans, and Green Bay) against a team with a new young QB, injured, but well-coached all around.

Have we grown up enough after 9 weeks that we can just handle business for once? Win, and you're in the true driver's seat in the division. Lose and you're back to 0.500 with likely not even a half-game lead over the Falcons.

Yes I know we are only 2.5 pt favorites and we can lose to anyone, but all things considered, if we are real veteran team, we should be handling business here against a new QB and extremely injured offense.

All I know is Josh Dobbs with little preparation to play in that game looked damn good a lot of the time.

With time to prepare he will be a problem for the slow starting Saints defense.

We are a win one / lose one type team until we prove otherwise.

Can't wait to read here Sunday...

If we win, winning is so stupid... we should be trying to improve our draft spot.

If we win, Allen and this team is horrible.

The sad part is this isn't a take by different posters...

I'm more worried about our offense than our defense.

Danielle Hunter has 10 sacks already, they're top half in the league in sacks/pressures. They're also top half in run defense.

Osborn (32 catches) most likely out with concussion. They'll have to pick up a new qb this week too bc of hall.

A running QB that will give the Saints aging defense fits and a Saints offense that can’t score much, even when handed 5 turnovers at home? And the Vikings actually have a good head coach vs dumb Dennis? The Saints ain’t winning this game.

Pros: They are done a lot of offensive stars (Jefferson, Osburn, and Akers)
Cons: Bagnet ran all over us in the first half and Dobbs has a better arm and legs.

Think we should win if the second half defense shows up, but we will need to score some points.

What if they lost to Vikings and Lions but win the rest of their games?

11-6 would be a great season.

Akers has been terrible year anyway. Dobbs likely shredding us on the ground will be enough running game for them.
