We have such moronic fans that couldn’t grasp why that’ trade was completely worth the price and then getting angry because he didn’t immediately have 10 sacks in his first couple of games

He’s actually exceeding my early season expectations. He’s getting better and better each week as his confidence is growing. If we could find some way to fix the #2 CB spot, this D will be tough to frick with down the stretch

Yeah, I’m pretty sure this guy sucks. That’s what Saints talk tells me.

Not sure why, but something something a bunch of 1st round picks.

So many people slept on his run defense and called him a situational pass rusher at best. If anything his run defense is why he's been on the field so much as it's better than his pass rush so far.

You can see in most clips he's really just beating guys with his physical tools, and not really any pass rush moves. Once he learns to use some moves effectively look out.

He's improving every single week and had a beast of a game against a really good LT.

I love the mean streak in him, that was my only possible concern with him. He definitely flips a switch when the game starts though

The #2 spot hasn’t looked bad since that falcon game, tbh.

Yea if you never watched his film, you’d think he was Barkevious Mingo. He’s got every physical attribute you need and it’s clicking for him, earlier than we thought

It further reinforces my belief that in nearly all situations, a calm mind should prevail.

I think the DeMarcus Ware comparison is spot on. They are both physically superior athletes on a field full of pro athletes.

ETA: This will hopefully pay off like Julio trade up was worth it to the Falcons. Granted they haven't won a superbowl, they gave up a ton but Julio is legit.

He looked good last week.

Last night, he looked amazing.

He's played 5 NFL games. Anyone expecting a rookie DLineman to take over from Day 1 and not have a learning curve is crazy. And, Okafor isn't a slouch just giving up his spot, either.

Davenport will be an All-Pro bookend DE opposite Cam Jordan. The way that Rankins played last night was special, too. This DLine is becoming nasty.
