Baker Mayfield would be great as a Saint

It would be a perfect fit. My models have Baker as a similar mold to Drew Brees.
His passion and cockiness is an added bonus that fit in well within this competitive division.
Baker needs to come to NOLA.
It’s the correct move. Make it happen front office!

It’s funny the amount of people that were anti Jameis are all about Mayfield, who has a much larger sample size that points towards him being shitty.
These same folks were also big backers of bringing in Darnold

Agree - Jameis is better than Baker by a comfortable margin.

Baker simply isn’t that good.
Overhyped because he photographs well.

passion and cockiness
Passion? complaining in the media about teammates and shite, that's passion? sounds more like baby back bitch to me...
and look, i like a QB with a little edge... but, Mayfield? yeah, he's just a cuuunnnttt, through and through.. that ain't cockiness, it's arrogance and narcissism, and he displays it at. HORRIBLE times, considering he's supposed to be your leader, or what not...
easy pass for me... not sure where he ends up, but maybe the Seahawks, Falcons, or Colts would be logical

I remember when he was in the draft process, Payton liked him a lot.
Idk. Me personally, I’d love it. But i think the only way that would happen is if this scenario plays out:
•Watson chooses Atlanta
•Carolina makes a desperation move and overpays Winston.
-Or Indy/Seattle signs him.
At that point your options are to either trade for Jimmy G or Baker, sign Mariota, Brissett, Fitzpatrick, Newton, or Dalton, draft whichever QB you’d want, or just roll with Taysom or Book.
I don’t think there’s a scenario where the Falcons trade Ryan here.

Show me where he’s ever done that. He complained about Duke Johnson once but that had to do with Johnson wanting out of Cleveland since he thought he deserved to start over Chubb

I haven’t seen anyone advocating for either. Are you inferring muh racism because that’s what it feels like

from PFT:
he also has his wife fighting his battle on her social media... i mean c'mon man... get control of your girl, bro..
complaints about fans:
1st overall picks sorta have high expectations from fans, shocking, i know.... but don't complain... be better
and this goes all the way back to his Texas Tech days, which considering he was a dumb, immature kid then, i can somewhat overlook... but doing the same weak arse, pathetic shite NOW? nah, he's a bitch... when the adversity gets too much, he can't handle it...
plus the example that YOU gave, yourself, i mean, c'mon man... does that say "leader" to you?
and, ok, so it may not ALWAYS be specifically teammates he's complaining about... he sorta spray shots the negative vibe amongst everything, coaches, team, teammates, fans, media... what DOESN'T he whine about??

Often candid to a fault, Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield opened up a fault line in Cleveland with his comment to NFL Network that there have been “a lot of internal things” along with outside noise.

complaints about fans:

"Those are probably the same fans that won't be quiet when we're on offense trying to operate," Mayfield said. "So, don't really care."

There is a reason Payton liked him. I guarantee you he would still advocate for the Saints bringing him in. QB success is all about fit. Cleveland was never the right fit and everything points towards NOLA being the place for Bake.
Can not wait for the Saints to bring him in. He will introduce a new dish to New Orleans….deep fried CROW!

Baler sucks. College success doesnt translate alot. And he is living off that reputation. Think about it, the dude had a good running game, a good oline, and good receivers in cleveland and still wasnt good. No thanks

It’s bc Jameis is black & we’re on a board full of racists. They’d rather have any white quarterback before Jameis & they really wouldn’t care how many games we won.

I believe the person who brings race into anything is actually the racist.
But yes I would take the more cerebral QB over Winston.

Big Pass on the cocky, passionate, lack of accuracy choking Baker Mayfield.....He's not even overrated, he just simply sucks.

Leave the “muh” shite over on the politard board and no I am not, maybe you’re being sensitive?
