Bad day on defense

As great as the defense has been for years, THIS day was inexcusable. Period. We had a full defense. They were without WR1, then lost WR2, along with several linemen. Barkley hasn't done shite in a long time. And yet DA let their only 2 playmakers beat us all game long for fear of Jalen running the ball. They went up and down the field all game long. I'll give them credit for the turnovers. But if they even play an average game we win. The offense was due to come back down to earth. I ain't mad at em. Sheed should have caught that TD. Although KK called a terrible game overall.

You hold them to 15 points, force turnovers like that, and you should win. They played their arse off.

The defense made 2 bad plays the entire game, that allowed all 15 points the Eagles scored.

You madden guys need to take a break…seriously. Defense wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the Saints lost their starting center early and the replacement(s) couldn’t step up. As a result the offense couldn’t operate. The Saints have a depth chart problem.

Agreed but holding them to 15 definitely received some help from some boneheaded decisions by the Eagles. But yeah, the loss is on the offense

Tried telling yall this defense blows arse. TEs been killing us for weeks now. DA will melt when you need it most.
