No idea. Just trying to figure out why Fuller wants to preserve evidence from those clubs.

Has John Fuller gone too far requesting NOPD being removed from the #willsmith case? I think so

his first real bash of anything Fuller's done so far... he's been mostly all on Hayes' side

Hmmm. At first I thought Mordock was just pro defense guy. Now he says this....

I wonder if we can put some credence on his other tweets. He was very outright and stern about Hayes being an innocent man based on some video

I agree that formally requesting recusal of NOPD is not a good PR move. And even if the NOPD was taken off the case, they've already handled the most important part.

We know Will Smitn was inebriated the night of shooting. If he was at #FQF, 2 Topless bars, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Sake Cafe, geez.

but do we really KNOW this?

right... is it a fair assumption to make? sure

but KNOW... for an attorney to make that claim right now... let's say he should be waiting for the tox screen to come in

Yea we know he was drinking, but to say we KNOW he was inebriated is very premature. Smith is a huge dude. He could've been pounding them and still not been inebriated.

I would hope no one acts like this no matter what the outcome is.

No one on this board should beat their chest if Hayes is found guilty, and no one should beat their chest if he walks for self defense.

This was an avoidable tragedy no matter what the outcome of the trial is.

No we don't. Seems likely, but that's an absurd statement

Looking at his twitter, he's said a lot of BS. Generating interest though

I literally just typed a stupid nickname. However, I dont like this shirtless guy based on what I just read. I feel like he an idiot that played a huge part in the escalation of this
