to say it doesn't constitute murder (which is the only thing I care about here) is absolutely factual
ETA: I know both parties made bad mistakes that night... but none leading up to the shooting should've led to someone, ANYONE (famous or not) losing their life

Witnesses on scene say a shirltess man who was not Smith was acting crazy and ridiculous while confronting Hayes at his Hummer.
Witnesses cant say they heard the verbal statements from either party about having a gun.
I think that is it for new revelations
Also, Fuller wants some type of evidence sealed from Larry Flynts, Penthouse, and Ruth Chris
ETA: Fuller wants the strip club evidence preserved, not sealed

not that i don't appreciate it and i'm not happy that he's there, but i have no idea why a guy with this dude's pedigree as a cop would come work for NOPD.
