And you're attacking me personally instead of replying to the substance. Why is that I wonder?

Dude I agree to your point.

My only point is if she was standing next to Will when Hayes started shooting, to me those aren't stray bullets.

I'm just arguing Will's side now, just like your arguing Hayes side. There is no difference.

But I will tell you, that I won't believe everything Will's lawyer said to be fact.

as people have said, what ever happened leading up to the murder will not determine Hayes fate. We are only talking about this in the realm of message board chatter.

not saying he was right to follow Smith and ram him. But i know 100% of the population would be upset if someone hit them and ran. Everyone carries different levels of emotion, though.

Smith's attorney is the prosecutor?

My bad... You're right... The prosecutor has to prove he is guilty.

The original quote is still not how courts work.

how'd Will end up slumped over the wheel with his feet on the ground outside the vehicle if he had his wife were standing on side of the vehicle and he was shot in the back?
Maybe after hearing/seeing his wife get shot, he tried to get to his own gun?

I didn't realize I was attacking you personally.

Ok. So are you saying because of the angle of the camera, you can't see contact? If it was a perfect side shot and actually saw bumper meet bumper, that's the only way you'd believe there was contact?

the lawyer claims Will was between the shooter and his wife. Not next to Will. Between them. His words.

after his hours of arguing the time gap between contact and getaway yesterday, it is odd to suddenly be 100% dug in on no contact happening.

All you've done is call me unreasonable or not neutral in all your replies to me. You're not concerned with what I have to say because you've already discounted it.

As for your edited in question, yes I need to see more than what's available to say contact definitely happened. That is 100% reasonable.

this is bullshite because the lawyer said that smith and his passenger got out and confronted the 2 men in the hummer and words were exchanged.

logistically, if she was behind him how did he end up slumped over the wheel? im just having a hard time picturing the layout and nuts and bolts of it.

Link to me saying 100% contact didn't happen. If you can find it, I'll self ban.

ETA: In fact, I said supposed hot and run several times yesterday.

Because you're clearly in Smith's corner. You will argue for Smith until you're blue in the face. They could go to trial, Hayes gets off with 2nd degree and you will continue to defend Smith. I'm just asking you to join me in neutralland. Dang man.

I edited because I wanted to be extremely clear as to what I'm saying.

And for the millionth time, I'm not on either side of this. Just being rational.

Very interesting. You completely dismiss anything Will Smith's lawyer says, but are very accepting of Hayes lawyer.
