That's what my friend thinks, too. When he told me that he thinks the perp will walk, I was floored. Of course my friend knows nothing of such laws, but that is his gut feelings. I wasn't there but it seems like the guy is guilty of murder to me, from what little info we all know of this horrible situation.

It was a theory I had about what happened. Never said it did happen. Also said poster wasn't there and his friend is telling him what he thinks was happening.

I have no reason to not post this. Last I checked, freedom of speech was still a sort of real thing. frick it, I just hope the truth comes out (whether it's what my friend said or whatever really happened is different).
I noticed a pair of sunglasses underneath wills benz in one of the pictures. that might suggest that there was more than a verbal altercation like your buddy said

Yes, they said they were going for the gun. Not sure who said that. Their gun never left the truck, from what he could see. It was dark, so you never know. I think they were trying to equalize the situation. Sounds like the perp didn't want it equalized and shot them. Sounds like murder/attempted murder to me, but I'm not an expert.

yes, but the other numbnuts claimed that she crawled to the passenger side and that simply does not seem to be the case.
