It's kind of crazy that he's tweeting shite like that. They better have a video of Smith waving his gun around or some shite.

Why?

What the F@ck does this lawyer know as fact at this point any more than any one else?

I admit the shots in the back are hard to overcome. No doubt. As of now, Hayes still has an uphill battle

If, the Fuller witness is truly there that says Smiths gun was makes that would be a pivotal part of the case

Or if the cell phone video Fuller alluded to exists, that will be huge

But as it stands with what I know right now, I lean towards manslaughter

Google search turns up this old twitter bio

also seems like he may be biased

Fun Bunch, can you answer who CJ Murdock is?

a defense attorney (not an attorney for this particular defendant... just a defense attorney)

I tend to believe if he was a well respected local attorney he wouldn't spout bullshite without knowing something we don't know. If Fun Bunch tells me he is a quack, I won't even entertain his comments

so at this point we have to see if that alleged video exists and now police better do fingerprint tests on that gun to see if another set of fingerprints other than Will's are on the gun (to prove an alleged cover up)

Yep. And if neither of those things turn up, I'd say Hayes is a guilty man it appears

We don't know that Hayes shot Smith's wife.

hasn't NOPD already essentially said they found all possible bullets associated in the case and the only fired 1s are from Hayes gun?

process of elimination would then disspell this theory

This thing is such a shite show. Now we have other local defense attorneys tweeting information alluding to the defenses story.

NOPD Logs don't show Hayes called 911 for the original H&R

quote:

The attorney for Cardell Hayes, the man accused of murdering former Saints player Will Smith, has said Hayes was calling 911 to report he had been the victim of a hit-and-run before he rear-ended Smith's SUV, leading to an altercation and Smith's fatal shooting April 9.

But a review of NOPD logs shows no record of a 911 call made to report a hit-and-run, or any other incident, in the Lower Garden District area around the time when the accident and later Smith's shooting took place, according to a review of police data by NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.

Logs of 911 calls made April 9 show only two calls made from that immediate area late Saturday night: An 11:29 p.m. call to report Smith's homicide at Sophie Wright Place and Felicity Street, followed at 11:33 p.m. by a call made to report a car accident at that exact same location.

Indont think so. They have said they believe the bullets from Smith were from Hayes gun. They didn't mention anything about his wife. Also, they said that Smiths gun was not fired. However, they also said ballistics were not complete and the impala was not yet searched...

Correct. Smith never fired his gun and it was fully loaded in a compartment in his vebicle.

No, not correct. The NOPD has not said not confirmed the bullets in Mrs. Smith are from Hayes gun

If I'm hiding my friends gun, my fingerprints won't be on it.
