I'm listening and host Hugh Douglas a good former NFL player stated that "I know yall don't want to hear this but in this situation Atlanta wouldn't even be on my radar if I want to win" so with that said if Watson choose ATL that tell you all you need to know the dude isn't worried about winning he's worried about things off the field ie "Culture" so why would you want him as a Saints fan when he's showing you its not about football. IJS

Good point but I'm sure Atlanta is trying to sway him with winning. They aren't just telling him to come there to dick around.

I think even Watson would acknowledge this is true. If he goes it’s because he’s always wanted to play for the hometown team. Then he can hope that long term they can turn it around.

I beg to differ do you know they had Lil Baby and Migos member ie "the culture" reach out to him and try to persuade him. So you tell me if the Falcons know what it's about... smh

I mean, I think anyone here would be thinking long and hard about the Saints if the table was flipped and some other team was in a much better spot today but you dreamed of suiting up for the team you played madden as when you were a kid

it is 100% this. They are not selling winning right now to him. They are selling the idea of coming home, being somewhere comfortable as you continue to deal with PR issues, and working together on building a team that down the road can compete.
We are selling guaranteed winning
You can see why he is conflicted.
