I said it before and I will say it again.
After the 2005 season we were not an ideal team to come to.
A city recovering from Katrina.
Super Dome getting repaired.
Trying to get FA players to come.
Saints got best coach in franchise history.
This current team is way better off than that team.
I am not going to go " OMG the sky is falling"
Who knows we might luck out again.

Yep. All the Saints can do is scrape the bottom of the barrel, contrary to what WWL believes.

That team had cap room to sign the real difference maker: Brees
This roster is good enough to not get a pick good enough to get a QB, while being so cap-strapped we can't get good enough to sniff the playoffs.

Yall are such emotional women. Theres been how many hires so far out of how many jobs? Two of the candidates are still coaching and aren’t taking interviews. The only reason the the bears and jets have a coach is because the lions got knocked out of the playoffs. I’ll start melting if it becomes a Kafka and Weaver type of decision which it is evident those are not their top choices.
