Anyone think we should draft Tyjae Spears?

Obviously, not with our coveted first round pick from the Broncos. I'm thinking 3/4 rounds? Local guy hailing from Ponchatoula and the mighty Green Wave.

I wanna see if he can catch the ball consistently, his size isn't worrisome (Look at CMC's combine #s for comparison).

Obviously I am biased. As a Saints fan I would love to see him in black and gold but I am torn. Would love to see a fellow Ponchatoula Alum playing for the Saints but at the same time I want to see him go to a good and up and coming team. I don't think that is the Saints.

I’d be all for Spears late day 2 or early day 3. Aggressive runner who can break tackles and is dangerous in the open field. Quality receiver who could likely step in for Kamara while he’s suspended and serve as a nice complement to him when he returns.

Even as devalued as RBs are, there has been a lot of talk that Spears will go much earlier than expected. We will see how the combine goes.
