That mind fricked me. We were going into a FG anyway and Philly would call a TO to ice the kicker. Brees should've spiked it instead of handing it off IMHO

If you don’t like the shitty city and our delusional fans then feel free to frick off somewhere else. Life is too short to live somewhere you despise being. I promise we will support that decision, wholeheartedly.

Kamara is going to need a big game next week. Teams have done a much better job keeping him in check early on. We need a big start

Family brah.

How about we try and admit the short comings to make it better.

The biggest concern has to be the play of the OL with Peat in particular, I don’t know if they are beat to shite right now but they look bad. Even the reliable Unger looked out of sorts.

Yes. Going into a field goal on fourth down chances are the eagles call a timeout anyway to ice the kicker. And the extra few yards give us a two possession lead. I see it both ways, I just wish we didn't lose yards on a bumbled audible and hurried snap.

If we had the team set and a play called obviously you run it, but we didn't. Brees was audibling we had already called a time-out the previous play, and he looked confused about where the play clock was. He even got in a fight with Payton afterwards. I'm saying in that specific instance, I wish he would have spiked it to save The Yards instead of losing a few yards that may have cost us the field goal.

I don't understand.

They were trying to run time off the clock. This would stop the clock.

well, you want them to burn the timeout.

and you hope to catch them off guard to get the ball closer for a FG.

spiking the ball would have been a disaster

I wish they didn't lose yards either. Its not like they set out to do that

I'm not saying they should have called a spike play in the huddle. I'm saying something was fricked up on the field and we weren't set.

When Brees snapped that ball the entire team looked confused. I'm just saying with the clock winding down, the team not set, and us on the edge of field goal position, I'd rather him spike it than give in to a blown up play.

I agree. And chances are they would've done it anyway to ice the kicker.

Also can support teams outside of it. I talk shtt year round about my shtty city and the delusional fans. You want to talk fair weather fans? I think Louisiana as a whole is the worst.

Those positions will never change.

Now that doesn't mean I can't take part in good discussions about the team. I admire this team, esp Drew. I mean who can't.

So Saints fans are fair weathered? Since when? You show your complete ignorance with that statement. Let me guess, you are a Steeler fan because of their 6 Super Bowls. Sounds like a bandwagonner to me.

They were not going to waste a timeout at that point of the game to ice the kicker. To stop the clock, they would have, but not to ice the kicker.

Listen. This area is full of fair weather fans.

I grew up only watching Steelers games. No bandwagon here.

Stop with your ignorance. It will serve you better in life. Admit the issues of this community.

It’s pretty suspect if you grow up in Louisiana watching the Steelers and are older than 30. It likely means you chose to root for the Steelers because they were very good and not the saints who were in a bad rut. Maybe not fair weather but certainly a bandwagon fan.

Am I wrong?

Every Saints fan I know has always been a Saints fan. Other than small kids I know very few “new” Saints fans. Bandwagon is just a a BS comment made by pissed off fans of other teams.

Yep you are wrong.

My family are Steelers fans. They aren't from here but North Mississippi in the 60s. So had no ties to NO.

I grew up only watching Steelers. I know nothing but Steelers. As a kid I was surrounded by Dallas fans who then became Saints fans.

So I would say most ppl here are bandwagon fans post Katrina.

Edt: it's no big deal but don't call out someone being a banwagon fan when half the fanbase came post Katrina.

Ok so your family are the bandwagon Steelers fans and passed that on to you.

Any ties to Pittsburgh in your family?
