Well, it's impossible to compare because one has a competent coaching staff and the other team doesn't. But Geno is playing very well so props to him on that.

Not really impossible to compare. Geno is making throws only a few players in the league can make right now imo. Not saying I’d rate him top 5, but he is pairing his arm talent and athleticism with pinpoint accuracy and decision making so far this season.
