Inside info: the last two regular season home games (Lions, Bears) have had more unused tickets than most entire SEASONS (talking 8 regular season home games) under the Payton/Brees era.

I'm not saying tickets went unsold just to clarify. Just that already sold tickets are going unused by larger than normal swaths of season ticket holders (and in many instances, long time season ticket holders). A lot of these good seats are the $200-plus variety in club level and club sideline.

I can see it in the stands. I go to every game. The crowd is lacking. The Club was really down in attendance today.

He's a scalper for tickets

It took awhile to get in but the dome was packed. If it wasn't, it must have been in a section I don't sit in, couldn't see.

Our entry line (and all of those around us) was at a dead-not-moving-at-all stop just outside the metal detectors for quite a few minutes. When we got to the ticket taker, her scanner was acting up and it took a number of attempts to scan the tickets. I asked if that had been the earlier problem, and she said the system had been acting up since they'd opened the gates today, periodically stopping the admission of fans until it was back online.

You made this up. Guessing your source didn’t go to the last two home games last year or the two years before. Saints were eliminated from playoffs and empty seats were everywhere.

I sit in 115. The block of 114 right next to me was probably 75% bears fans. Sitting right behind away bench there is usually a good amount of visitors but this year it has been noticeably more

I get offered free tickets all the time. Usually club level. I never go cause it’s a pain in the arse and I’d rather watch it at home and eat and drink whatever and whenever I want. I don’t have to deal with trashy drunk NFL fans either. The game day experience is not worth the hassle for me.

I also noticed a lot of empty seats in club level all game. The crazy thing was the LSU like exit early in the fourth quarter when the game was still very much in doubt. Crazy....

This. Looked like some sections had 20% empty seats, many entire rows in 300 Loge level seats were empty looking down from 400 level seats.

This is true. Can’t sell tickets for face value this year.

I still don’t think people have bought into this team yet. The games don’t have that must see feeling yet. The 0-2 was so ugly it is taking people a while to come back.

I think it’s the protest stuff. The vast majority still thinks the saints are kneeling during the anthem.

We were going to sell our tickets this game, but couldn’t find a buyer below face (under 50 bucks). We went to the game and there were swaths if empty seats.
