Amazing how the front office thinks they will win with the current offense

It amazes me how this front office has not done a dam thing with getting free agents to solidify the offense and help Winston out. Not one dam free agent signed on the offense side of the ball. Tre'Quan Smith has been a disappointment and no other team wanted his arse. This team will be awful again this year on the offense. The defense can only hold a game so long before they get tired. And to go 3 and out over and over, it will be ugly! They free up cap space for what, Watson who said no, so you sign Winston, but don't give him any help. Losing years are ahead for this club.

I guess you can’t add WRs through the draft.

I am glad we didn't sign MVS for what he just signed for. Would rather roll with what we have than pay a bum like that 10 mil a year.

Be patient man. Free agency isn't close to being over & we haven't drafted yet.

They're probably all in their big fancy offices smoking cigars reading message boards. Probably never even contacted an agent to check on players. Laughing all the way to the bank while we all renew our tickets. If I can't see anything happening, it ain't happening. I just can't take it anymore.

They are clearly trying wait out the market and then find a vet on a cheap 1-2 year deal and they will draft a WR in at least one of the top 3 rounds and more likely 1st or 2nd. If Olave is there at 18 you’d hace to really think about taking him there. All this os about how they of Landon Young. Hurst is older and he’s a stopgap at most but if they really think Young can start at RT and move Ramcyzk to LT then they can draft whatever position they really choose in the first round. They still might go OL in round 1 even if they think Ram and Young are the starters.

I didn't realize over priced FA's were the only way to improve

It amazes me how people will make such strong statements and are obviously clueless to everything past the headline.
You make this post, yet when you actually read the details behind some of these signings and some of the rumors; you see that the Saints have had discussions with these players and even made contract offers. Saints can't help it if other teams are willing to overspend for a WR2 or WR3.
Also, there are still plenty of WRs out there, it's obvious the Saints are kicking some tires

I don’t think the plan is to trot out Semien and Hill at QB. Winston is a big improvement over the biggest issue last year.

they will pick up the leftover scraps other teams throw away after the draft. the next 3 years are going to be just like this so be prepared for it. DA is not a good HC
