Not that I think we'll get him in a million years, but AR threatening to sit out has lost a ton of leverage for the packers

Right, but they still don't have to trade him for pennies. They drafted Jordan Love for this exact reason, to take over when Rodgers leaves.

We would have to give up 2 core players AND multiple 1’s. Think Winston, Armstead or McCoy plus 3 1’s to even think about beating an offer from San Francisco. It could be more than that even. That said I’d still strongly consider it but you’d essentially have to build around him with only 2nd round picks or later for the rest of his career.
