This is where your anger at the Saints is clouding you from thinking clearly. You already have made up your mind about Rizzi? But why? Im not saying he should be the coach. But why are you automatically ruling him out? You can’t help yourself if you’re going to let your emotions judge clearly on who needs to coach this team. Getting a new coach from a different program is not ALWAYS the answer.

Swing and a miss... I'm a casual Saints fan due to living here. I have no vested interest in the NFL or the Saints. They could move the team to another state and I wouldnt give a shite. I'm just pointing out that the organization is a total clusterfrick... actually I hope they do give the job to Rizzi. That seems like the most Saints thing to do at this point.

You’re not a Saints fan- just a casual fan but you’re on a Saints fan message board advocating to me that they shouldn’t hire Rizzi and how as a Saints fan I enjoy mediocrity?
But somehow you don’t follow the Saints but know enough of them to understand their hiring practices and how that equates to winning?

Your hate for the organization doesn’t take away the plain fact you’re clearly a Saints fan but don’t want to admit it. Acceptance is the first part to recovery. Its ok to be a Saints fan and be mad at the organization.
