As in the RB and TE room it would be nice to get some new blood with upside with the WR's. I've heard enough of "good blockers" or "great at ST's".

Agreed.
Those bottom of the WR roster guys are getting stale and have had enough time to prove themselves. Time to move on.

Maybe 7, yeah they signed an experienced WR recently like James Washington, but you got vets like Kirk Merritt, Trequan Smith, and Bryan Edwards. Also, young talents like a Shaq Davis and Sy Barnett should make the practice squad.
