The original poster obviously does not realize the standard Brooks set for being a terrible quarterback. Wade Wilson didn't suck that bad.

No, the orignal poster is just an idiot whose prob never played football before, Drew Brees is a winner. Like it or not Alejandro, last year wasn't an illusion, and now we're starting to see how good Brees can be when he has protection. He's not perfect, but i'd take him over 80% of the qbs in the league

just because he missed a few open receivers today, doesn't make him worse than AB. and he is having a bad year so far, but the last two games, he has been playing decent football, and correct me if im wrong but people were talking about him being MVP last year if it wasn't for LT's amazing year, and he did lead us to that little game called the NFC Championship. so STFU, sit at home on your couch, and cheer for the man instead of talking shite about him you fricking arse clown.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, and I've got some pretty low standards. Do you think it's a coincidence that about 10 teams in the NFL are playing 2nd or 3rd string QBs right now and not ONE of the has a roster spot for Aaron Brooks?

Again, I never said that Aaron Brooks is better than Drew Brees RIGHT NOW.
I said that Aaron Brooks from 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 was better than Drew Brees RIGHT NOW.
You can bash me all you want, but it's statistically true.
Drew Brees' QB rating of 69.1 is a full 11 points worse than Joey Harrington. He singlehandedly killed any chance of us beating Tampa Bay and Tennessee. Any sort of decent effort by him would have gotten us past Carolina.
And he played so average yesterday that Atlanta almost beat us. He was outplayed by Harrington and Leftwich in my opinion, especially given the state of Atlanta's offensive line.
He's a bottom 12 QB right now and has been for most of the year.

By and large, Drew Brees has sucked this season. If you can't get his cock out of your mouth long enough to admit that then there's no help for you.
He's been horrible.
With that said, he played well in Seattle and in the 2nd half of the Saints / Falcons game.
Those and the 1st half at Indy are the only times this season when he hasn't sucked arse.
If you disagree then I'm sorry, but you're just not facing facts.
Do I think he can turn it around? Yes. In fact, I'm sure he will. But he has been God awful so far this year and nothing any of you morons say will change that fact.
Good QB's can suck over extended periods of time. Look at Brett Favre the last few seasons. Look at Marc Bulger this season. Look at Drew Brees this season.
