Well, since the Olympics occur every two years, maybe he can play a few games, heal up then in two years play a few more. He sure as hell can’t play 1/2 an NBA season.

What a waste

If playing more helps him play more then fine.

If playing more never helps him he never will.

Here’s a thought. How about earning your money with the Pels as your first priority? Just a thought.

Zion was paid an average of 11 million per year over the course of his 4 years with the Pelicans. That salary is on par with what the Pelicans paid Devonte Graham, Larry Nance, Solomon Hill, and Lonzo Ball. It is a good bit less per year than what the Pelicans paid JJ Redick, Derrick Favors, Eric Bledsoe, and Steven Adams.

With 2 all star selections, huge jersey sale numbers, and a significant positive impact on ticket sales, it's obvious to any person with the least bit of reasoning capability that Zion has earned every penny he has been paid by the Pelicans to date.

He's usually healed up by then.
