Can’t. Rules prevent a player from being reacquired in the same season they were traded.
IIRC, that is in place because of some of the frickery leading to the Mavs’ title circa 2004, where certain players were sent to the Nets in the Jason Kidd trade and cut so they could re sign and be eligible for the Playoffs.

Portis, Lopez and Beauchamp works salary wise for Ingram and Green, but that leaves Milwaukee super small as they would have limited funds to add another big.
I don’t see them making anymore moves, unless maybe they can flip Lopez for Vuc or something small like that.

Something else has to be happening with Warriors, they are hard capped at first apron and this puts them over by like 200k, and would need to sign 2 players after this deal
