Who will be our Steve Kerr remains to be seen.

However the good vibes and family bullshite has finally run its course and this is how far it can go. Time to actually become a winning championship basketball team.

So Willie is abusive to staff and causes inner turmoil within the org?

Take a lap

You know exactly what he’s talking about what do you get out of trying to change the topic?

Willie was our savior last season

Willie was Coach of the Year 35 games into this season

BI and Zion go down with injuries and now he's not a good coach.

Welp...

It's actually a pretty vague post that gives no comparative examples.

So pointing out why Mark got fired has nothing to do with the topic, even though the topic is literally willie=mark Jackson

You take a lap with him.

I mean I actually don’t

The situations aren’t really anything alike

Willie is a legitimately good coach. Maybe could stand to beef up the supporting staff a bit, but that’s largely on Griff.

A reminder Steve Kerr without Curry finished in the lottery, twice.

your top 1-2 players matter in this league more than any other sport. When you don’t have them, even all time dynasties like the Warriors turn into scrubs

I think this highlights that Ingram is a Robin.

I don't think that anyone thinks that BI is a #1 dude you can win a title with on the level of Lebron/Giannis/Steph.

It's also clear that Zion is obviously our best player

But...

I don't think you can draw the conclusion you made just because we lost the 2 games since he returned.

He was a superstar in the playoffs last year. It’s been 2 games off of injury.

Zion can’t shoot. So “Batman” or not, the Pels need a half court initiator over 6’5 who can shoot.

Giannis has Middleton, and when he’s not there the Bucks are very beatable.

Middleton is a more skilled offensive player than Giannis.

Off statement for sure, some folks just have their preferences and want to proclaim it as gospel. Talk so reminds me of the early Shaq/Kobe days. Greatest tandem broken up over fan bases.

Right.

It's sad how everyone is turning on willie. He is in his 2nd year as a head coach.

Add more context. Nothing is cut and dry. His adjustments and timeouts are really bad.

I didn't see these hot takes when we were 23-12.

What is the point he's trying to make then genius? There's not a whole lot that they are similar in other than they are black and they both are Christians. Except Willie is pretty cool and not a weirdo Christian like Jackson.

That’s so stupid. We are all incredibly frustrated with how things have gone since Zion went down. First off, we just lost to the bucks who have an UNGUARDABLE SUPERSTAR while we were without Zion, CJ, Ingram, and Dyson. (Our top 3 players plus arguably our best perimeter defender in Dyson.) Nobody can replace that, Willie was beloved only a month or so ago. So don’t burn down the man’s house because of misfortune. Now if Zion comes back in a couple weeks and CJ and BI are hopefully healthy. I expect us to start climbing back out of this hole and separating ourselves as one of the wests biggest contenders again. If we don’t dramatically improve then I’d be disappointed with Willies ability to get the team back focused. Until then calm down

Lol. Phil Jackson with assistants Greg Popavich, Steve Kerr and Chuck Daly, would be taking nightly arse whipping with all these key injuries. Don’t know what you do for a living, but you might want to confine your expert opinions to that field.

Yeah, it's going to take time. When you miss 2 months you are not going to come back playing all-star level.

Now was it necessary to sit out two months with that injury? I have my strong feelings on that but that's another thread.

and it was a foot.
2 weeks ago i pointed out its not likely ingram has all his shots day1. full court cardio soon too.

and zion did not have the shots i had at age 17 when he went down. mid range had only just finally showed up. i dont expect zion to be other than Lane King.

ingram actually already could shoot. a few days, a week at most, and he will be back.
