I have seen people acting like he is the best piece we could get from NYK....even the best piece we could get at all

PPG 7.3
RPG 6.4
BPG 2.4

Not much else.

The frick?

PPG: 9.9
RPG: 3.2
APG: 1.8

First year averages for James Harden. Those averages really don't tell you much.

Because he did that with great efficiency in 20 MPG at 21 years old. He’s also a very athletic 7’1” 250. He’s the best piece NYK has. Though admittedly I’m not as high on Knox as others, and DSJ isn’t someone I’d want

He played less than 20mpg and started less than 20 games for the worst team in the league. Kuzma gets blasted for stat padding on a bad team. Not sure why Robinson gets praise for something similar. But he was very efficient and blocked a ton of shots. But I've seen this happen before (Whiteside), so I'm a bit skeptical..

Because he went to Chalmette is my opinion.

Knicks fans like him too. I don’t know much about it besides that

Because he can become a defensive presence down low for us.

He’s a lot better than the stats indicate. Knicks fans don’t want to include him.

He’s just another piece.

The parts of the Knicks trade is the picks. The players are secondary.

He's the only pf/c and rim protector involved in the trade talks, which is HUGE for me.

Per 36 is 13/11 with FOUR blocks.

I don’t see some crazy all world potential or anything. Could be played off the floor late. But he has elite defensive potential and is good.

Supposedly didn't begin playing Hoops until 8th or 9th grade, bounced from Fla to Nawlins in HS. Then missed out on playing for Stansbury at WKy..

Only 21, aka has had a much smaller basketball learning curve to date..7yrs? vs most of his peers being serious ballers for 10+ yrs of that 21? He has a DeAndre Jordan-esque rebounding and shot blocking presence..yet with the appearance of a possibly much higher shooting percentage away from the rim long term?

He does the kind of dirty work, that allows a smaller Zion to roam away from the basket..aka Tyson Chandler freeing David West up.

His current value though quickly rising, is still cheaper than his potential ceiling.

Nah Robinson is currently a better piece. Knox has more potential but was absolutely horrendous last year. Like. Really really horrendous.

Higher shooting % than Jordan? You probably need to Google that. Jordan led the league in fg% 5 years in a row..

Gambling on Knox is bad. Period.

It's honestly coming down to how high people view Barrett

True. I'm intending shooting from multiple spots on the floor, not just dunking a basketball statistics..and being a FT Hack-a-Shaq guy until recent.

Much like say Lakers Ingram, lanky and lean, not as thick in the shoulders as DA, athletic, yet with large frame..it just feels like he has untapped skills growth to date?

Even AD took a while to develop a more consistent extended J facing the basket game.

Sorry for not clarifying the intended hope for the future of MitchRob.

His last 25 games he went 12/9/2 or something like that

Two things, you have to separate his talents vs a short stretch of decent numbers on a shite team

Secondly a lot of people still think he is a teenager, because he didn’t officially go to college and was just a rookie last year. He’s 21 which means he’s still raw, but he isn’t teenager raw.
