Both the SKC and PMAC are fine. Spend money on winning, not frills.

If they put it on the riverfront, the Convention Center and the River District Neighborhood Investment Group would chip in on construction.

There are far too many issues that come with that idea.

ASM likes running all of their business off of one property.

Residents of the lower garden district will likely throw a fit.

They would need to build additional on/off ramps. The Tchoupitoulas exit/on ramps are already a nightmare because of port traffic.
